January 28, 2019 CFCF shares the first single from his forthcoming new LP ‘Liquid Colors’

Montreal’s Mike Silver bka CFCF shares the lead single from the forthcoming “spiritual sequel” to 2015’s Colors of Life — the wondrous nostalgia-tripping “new-age odyssey” Liquid Colors. Touch-points for the record include Roni Size, Ray of Light, Everything But The Girl, and “corporatized” pop jungle, according to the press release, where Silver goes on to say “I tried to make the record feel like a covetable object. It’s super commercial. If it were a place, it would be a mall designed by Marc Newson and Karim Rashid. It’s MUJI background music. You could buy a bucket hat to this album, but like, a fashion bucket hat.”
Liquid Colors is out March 1st.
