Dutch producer Kai Hugo bka Palmboman II shares the surreal engrossing video for his new 12″ Memories of Cindy Pt.1, the record ranges from house/melodic techno to mythical, soothing public access communication vibes. According to the label, “the first three Palmbomen 12”s, Memories of Cindy Pt. 1 – 3, will be available individually. Memories of Cindy Pt. 4 will be available exclusively as a “box set” including the first three 12”s. Each set includes a unique, “pre-tragedy polaroid portrait of Cindy” taken by Kai Hugo. March 8, 2017 Chastity Belt announce new LP; share video for lead single “Different Now”
Seattle’s Chastity Belt return with a new LP out early this summer on Hardly Art. According to lead singer Julia Shapiro I Used To Spend So Much Time Alone promises “a brave and often exhilarating tangle of mixed feelings and haunting melodies.” Watch the band lovingly recreate Temple Of The Dog’ s Hunger Strike in the video for shimmering lead single “Different Now“, below.
