Just ahead of their new album Careful, dropping next week, Boy Harsher share an astonishing video for cold-wave synth-pop reverie “LA“, a gorgeous collaboration between Boy Harsher + directors Kathleen Dycaico + Jill Ferraro, shot by Kofi Carson, and starring Kathleen and Tara-Jo Tashna . Kathleen explains the premise this way:

“The story follows Hunter + Angel, two country camgirls in love and longing. They constantly film and watch their live-streamed love, surviving on cherries and beer, until signs that “Time’s Up” appear in the world around them. Hunter + Angel eventually take their memories out back and use them for target practice, and destroy the images of their love.
LA is about longing, the inevitable end of precious time, and centering heartbreak in the sights — Steady, now, aim and –“

Careful is out February 1st, on limited orange vinyl, via the group’s own Nude Club imprint.
